An Attorney Who Has Walked in Your Shoes
Fred’s path to the Bar Association took many twists and turns including stops at Charley’s 517 in Texas where he served as a bartender and waiter in the 90s. Since leaving the United States Army, Fred has worked in the construction industry as a principal in SDJ Construction in Colorado and as an import/export specialist for an international oilfield supply company. During that time, he established business relationships in England, Mexico and the Middle East. Fred relates to working people because he has been there. He knows how devastating a DUI arrest can be.
Fred graduated from John Marshall Law School in June of 2000 and is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. He clerked in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in Midland and Pecos. He also interned for former senator and vice presidential candidate Lloyd Bentsen. After practicing with the prestigious firm of Sakas and Froman in downtown Atlanta, he began his own practice in Marietta in April of 2002. He practices in all city, county, state and superior courts in Georgia.
Fred practices primarily in Cobb, Bartow, Dekalb, Douglas, and Fulton counties but also litigates in several surrounding circuits. These include the Blue Ridge Circuit and the Stone Mountain Circuit.
